Verity was founded on a simple belief: an event's most important engineering should never be visible to a guest. What they should feel is warmth, anticipation, and total confidence in the room.

What does it cost for AV, entertainment, or sound packages?

Investments typically start around $2,500, but every proposal is fully customized to the scope of your event and your specific needs — not guest count. We also provide DJ and MC services and can support talent booking for live entertainment. Whether you need lighting and sound alone or a full production suite, we scope your proposal from scratch after a discovery call.

Can you customize a package for our specific needs?

Always. Some clients need lighting and sound alone; others want the full suite — monograms, cold sparks, immersive moments, and an MC. We scope each proposal from scratch around your event, never a one-size-fits-all package.

Do you travel for destination weddings and events?

Yes — beyond New York, Philadelphia, and Washington DC, we regularly produce destination weddings and private events throughout the Caribbean. Travel, freight, and logistics are scoped transparently into your proposal.

How far in advance should we book?

For weddings and galas, we recommend reaching out 9-12 months ahead, especially for peak season and destination dates. That said, we've produced exceptional events on shorter timelines — reach out and we'll be honest about what's possible.

How do you work with our planner or venue?

We arrive as partners, not subcontractors — coordinating timelines, floor plans, and cues with your planner and venue team well before the event, so everything runs invisibly on the day itself.
